2. Explain the job and your support needs. It’s important to be transparent so care providers know your expectations. You will be messaging and interviewing potential candidates, so no need to explain every piece of the puzzle. P.S No need is too big or too small! Our care providers have seen it all, and this is a safe place to share your needs.

3. Include the schedule you’re looking to fill. Be clear about the days and times, and make sure to note if there is flexibility.
