How does my care provider get paid? Getting paid and paying for care has never been so easy.
When you schedule care through Joshin, your care provider will be prompted to check-in and out (via the mobile app) at the start and end of your booking. Once that is complete, the booking total is billed to the credit card we have on file (the one you used to pay for your membership).
Please be sure to confirm the hours worked after each booking (you will be prompted to do so). Once billing is completed, we are unable to adjust the check-in and check-out times.
Bookings are processed within 24 hours of the booking date occurring. Bookings completed over the weekend will be billed the next business day.
